As more congregations and organizations across the Saint Paul Area Synod begin to make use of the Intercultural Development Inventory as a tool for assessing and developing individual and organizational intercultural competence, there's growing demand for QAs to accompany them on their journey.
At the same time, as more members of the Saint Paul Area Synod are trained as QAs in their places of employment and other organizations, there's increasing need for a community of practitioners for mutual learning, encouragement, and support.
