Terms and Regulations
Please read below what EXHIBITORS and DEXTER DAZE FESTIVAL agree to do.
Dexter Daze Exhibitors Agrees
Display to remain open during set booth times
You must clean up your space and surrounding areas at the end of the festival and leave your space as you found it
Provide your own insurance for the duration of the festival
Agree to not hold us responsible
NO Guarantees for placement, we reserve the right to determine best fit for the festival.
Applications received after the deadline will be put on waiting list
There will be no refunds after June 1st
No Smoking is allowed during the festival, in or around the parks
You will follow all Covid and CDC guidelines
Dexter Daze Committee Agrees
To promote the Dexter Daze festival locally.
To place exhibitors in the surrounding areas of our festival space. Hand-crafted products will be given preferential location consideration.
To furnish contracted space, reserving the right to modify in the best interests of the show. No canopies, tables or chairs are provided. BOOTH LOCATIONS ARE AT THE DISCRETION OF THE BOOTH COMMITTEE. (Requests for specific sites are not allowed)
To notify exhibitors by email of acceptance or rejection.
Booth Rental
10X10 booth space (you provide your own tent/table)
$150 per standard 10x10 booth space
$300 per standard Food vendor/truck
Booth must be open both Friday 10am-8pm and Saturday from 10am - 6pm
