You can now register for the 2021 classes by filling the form below.

Please fill the form for each gymnast separately, by using a full name, so that the program reads availability correctly.

This information is used for communication throughout the season and for emergency situations. Please make sure we have the up to date information in our system. Use full names and double-check the contact information. Only sign up for the group you will participate in.

Payment Policy:

You are welcome to come for one (1) trial class that will then be counted into the term fee should you decide to continue.

Please note that the training fees are charged upfront on a termly basis. The fees are payable within 14 days of invoicing. Invoices are sent out separately via email in the beginning of each term.

Terms:
1. January, February, March
2. April, May, June
3. July, August, September
4. October, November, December

Kindly note:
- Classes start on January 11, 2021

Tuition will be pro-rata for gymnasts joining, for example in the middle of a term. Parents are however encouraged to register gymnasts at the beginning of a term.

There is a NO REFUND POLICY. This means that tuition must be payable except in the event of illness or injury. A doctor’s certificate required. Please note, in case of non-critical injuries, a reduced rate is offered to maintain the fitness of the gymnast. The reduced rate is ONLY APPLICABLE to the FIRST MONTH AFTER INJURY, supported by a doctor's note.

Parents are responsible to pay any additional fees e.g. Chalk’s annual membership fees, competition & camp entry fees, clothing/uniforms etc.

Missed payments:
• Accounts that are 30 days overdue, will accrue a 2.5% interest per month
• Accounts that are overdue for 45 days or more will result in gymnasts no longer being eligible to attend practice
• Accounts overdue for more than 90 days will be handed over to a collection service.

All fees and purchases are payable by EFT.

Cancellation policy:
Kindly note that we require a minimum of one (1) months’ notice from the 1st of every month. Full Tuition Fees will be due for the new term if one month’s written notice is not received- as we hold your place and turn away other children. For cancellation, kindly send a request in writing via email to hello@chalkperformance.com.

Please note:
The registration does not include gymnasts' insurance against accidents, sickness, cancellation, theft, property damage, or loss. Gymnasts are advised to take out adequate personal insurance.

All programs require a minimum of five gymnasts to run. We reserve the right to cancel any programs with insufficient registration. If we should need to cancel classes due to enrolment or scheduling issues, we will transfer gymnasts to the next available class. If we cannot find a comparable and convenient alternative option, you will receive a full refund with no additional administrative fees. Please note that Chalk Memberships Fees / Class Fees are only refundable in this circumstance.
