Sales Advisor (direct sales)
Ben Knows is a Christchurch based Tech Support company that prides itself on making sure it's customers are getting the best from their tech by offering in-home tech support services where we fix peoples issues and then show them how to avoid the same issues in the future so our customers know they are getting the best value for money.
We have now partnered with a small 100% Kiwi owned independent internet and telecommunications service provider that was established in 1995 and they have the same goals as Ben Knows to provide amazing value and service to our customers and be there to help them when they need it.
Now all the deals and offers have been worked out we are looking for some people to hit the streets and show the residents of Christchurch that there are some better deals available to them as a lot of people are not aware that they can choose a better deal for the fibre at home. Your job will be to knock on doors and show people how they can get a lot better value from a Kiwi owned ISP and you will also be able to offer them great discounts on in-home tech support.
Your main tasks and duties for this job include:
Talk to people about their current ISP and show them how a smaller provider can offer great value compared to the bigger choices.
Evaluate customers skills, needs and build productive long-lasting relationships with the Ben Knows brand
Meet sales targets to maximize earnings.
Maintain and expand client database within your assigned territory
Impeccable English required to sustain a stable communication with customers
This is a commission only role and you will be a self-employed contractor but you will be given all the training and tools to get you started and we have set up a payment structure that will mean you are in full control of your earnings.
Door to door sales is not for everyone but if you can do it for 6-12 months it will show that you have the skills to do well in sales and Ben Knows will provide ongoing training and support to help you grown your abilities.
