Remote Participation Form for Persons with Disabilities

Compliance to ACT 393: Remote participation in school board meetings by individuals with disabilities.

To accommodate persons with disabilities recognized by the Americans with Disabilities Act, Lafourche Parish School Board will provide a form (Remote Participation Form for Persons with Disabilities) for citizens to submit a request for a teleconference phone number to participate in the monthly committee and School Board member meetings (Google Meet). All requests must be made by noon on the scheduled meeting day. A phone number will be emailed to the requester prior to the beginning of the meetings.
