All clothing/costumes must be appropriate for our elementary school audience and adhere to the GHC school dress code.

All music and lyrics must be appropriate for our elementary school audience and instrumental or karaoke versions of popular songs are strongly encouraged due to music copyright laws.

All choreography must be appropriate for our elementary school audience.

Due to COVID-19, we strongly discourage group acts unless they are from the same household.

Students may only be in one act.

Virtual audition videos must be 90-seconds or under.

Virtual audition applications and performance videos must be submitted by Sunday April 11, 2021 at 11:59pm.

Final performance videos must be two (2) minutes or under. All music should be trimmed accordingly.

Final performance videos must be submitted by Sunday, May 2, 2021 at 11:59pm.

Due to time constraints, a limited number of acts may be selected by the PTSA Programs committee.

I understand that submission of this form nor an audition video does not guarantee a place in the Virtual Talent Show, and that if my child does not submit an audition video, she/he will not be considered for the show.
