ALL INFORMATION WILL BE KEPT CONFIDENTIAL Information your organization provides will not be used in a way that reveals the identity of you or your organization or discloses proprietary data.

The information collected will be used in aggregate to demonstrate the economic impact of the PA Wilds Center’s programs and services and to evaluate its customer service.

Our fiscal year runs from July - June, so for the purposes of this survey we are asking you to think about activities happening between July 1, 2018, and June 30, 2019.
