Please complete this form if you wish to volunteer your trunk and/or donate candy for our Trunk or Treat on Sunday, October 30, 2022 from 1pm-3pm.

IMPORTANT: All trunk decorations must be non-Halloween themed as this is not a Halloween event. Cars and trunks may be decorated to represent the fall season, sports teams, breast cancer awareness, video/board games, cartoon characters etc. NO SCARY/HORROR decorations please! Candy and treats must be store bought and individually packaged.
