By participating in our events and activities, it is understood and agreed that Langley Home Educators' Association, its organizers, and volunteers shall not be held liable for the supervision or care of children attending these events. Parents, guardians, or responsible adults are solely responsible for the well-being, behavior, and safety of their children.

While we strive to create a safe environment for all participants, it is important to note that LHEA does not assume any responsibility or liability for any accidents, injuries, loss, or damages that may occur to children or their belongings during our events. This includes, but is not limited to, injuries resulting from participation in activities, interaction with other attendees, or the use of facilities and equipment.

Parents, guardians, or responsible adults are expected to closely supervise their children at all times during LHEA events and ensure that they follow any rules, guidelines, or instructions provided by the organizers. Failure to adequately supervise children may result in their exclusion from the event or activity.
