Twin Valley Lions Club Citizenship Award Application
The Twin Valley Lions Club is a member of one of the world’s largest service club organizations. We proudly
sponsor and/or support many local community programs.  The Twin Valley Lions Club is offering $100 Citizenship Awards to two (2) qualified graduating seniors of the Halifax Area School District.
Selection will be based on the completion of this application.
Completed applications must be submitted NO LATER THAN the first Monday of April.
