I agree to serve in a high needs local education agency for two years for each full year of scholarship received (e.g. two years of scholarship mean serving in a high needs LEA for 4 full years.)  You agree to serve this obligation within four years of completing the program if you receive 1 year of scholarship, and 8 years if you receive 2 years of scholarship. *
