CTC Summer Camps

Thank you for joining Carolina Therapy Connection's second year of therapeutic groups in our Greenville and New Bern locations. We are excited to offer all new programs for the Summer of 2024! Carolina Therapy Connection’s summer camps are open to all individuals within the posted age range. Please get in touch with us if you feel your child would benefit from being in a camp with children younger or older than them. Age ranges are posted to ensure all children can participate and engage in activities chosen for that specific camp.

PAYMENT
By completed this form, it does not secure you or your child's spot in the selected camp. A therapist will reach out to you within 3 days of completion of the form to answer any questions and discuss payment options. Full payment secures spot in the selected camp. Payment is accepted through Venmo @carolinatherapyconnection, cash/check, or card ($5 processing fee). If Venmo payment is preferred, please put child's name and name of group in the description. All other payments can be made through CTC's front office at any location, or on phone for card payment.

ATTENDANCE

In order for your child to meet the goals outlined in the therapeutic groups, it is imperative that they attend all scheduled sessions. Consistency is key! If your child misses too many sessions, they will fall behind the other children, may not meet their goals, and put other group members at a disadvantage for meeting their goals. Please take into account the dates of all scheduled sessions to plan other activities and vacations around. If you know that you and/or your child are going to be absent from a session, please notify us as soon as possible. We do require at least 24 hours notice, except in emergencies and/or illnesses.

ILLNESSES

Because your child will be participating in a camp with other children, we need to be especially careful of preventing the spread of germs. Please do not bring your child to the group if they are ill or running a fever. If your child is exhibiting signs and symptoms of sickness or a fever while in the group, you will be called to pick them up immediately. There are Sanitary Gel dispensers just inside the door of the main Clinic, as well as two bathrooms in the lobby. Please help your child to use these dispensers or use the sink to wash their hands when entering and leaving the group sessions.
