This form is to register your child for the Summer Football Festival that will take place at Congleton High School from 26th July - 30th July, 9th Aug - 13th Aug, 23rd Aug - 27th Aug. During this event players will be kept in separate groups throughout the day and will not be in close contact with other groups during break times. A full day starts at 9am - 3pm. Early drop off is available, half days are also available for half price. Players attending for a full day should bring along a packed lunch, water bottle, shin pads and trainers.
