We offer two types of wholesale; retail and collaboration.
Retail wholesale is our finished product for you to sell in your store.
Collaboration wholesale is when we share the branding with your business. We place your logo on the fold over label (on the outside) and ours on the other side (the inside). This way you can offer products branded to your business for your customers & clients.
Here are our terms and conditions:
1. Opening Orders & Subsequent orders
For wholesale customers of Canadian Frost Hats & Apparel the minimum order value is $250. 50% deposit initial and remainder must be paid in full when items are ready to be shipped out.
2. Before ordering please send over a pdf file of your logo to see if it is a fit for the labels. We will send you a mock up for your approval. After the initial deposit is paid we will have you approve the proof and then order the labels.
3. Options to place an order
Choose items from our line sheet or fill out a google form.

4. Wholesale Costs & Minimums
$400 minimum orders. Plus the cost of shipping on the items specified.
5. Suggested Retail Price
The Monashee Twist - adult O/S - retail price $39.95
The Monashee Twist - kids - retail price $29.95
The Monashee Twist - toddler - retail price $24.95
The Victoria Headwrap-retail price $24.95
All prices listed are for winter/spring 2023.
All prices are listed in CAD dollars.
6. Damaged/defective items
Please inspect all merchandise received upon arrival. Contact Canadian Frost at
nicole@canadianfrost.ca within 5 days of receipt of damaged or defective shipments. Returned merchandise will be replaced with new merchandise. Returns will not be accepted after if it is held for more than 14 days after shipment was received. Please email us with details of the product prior to returning it. We reserve the right to decide if a piece warrants a return.
7. Returns
Wholesale items may not be returned or exchanged unless there is damage or defects as mentioned above.
8. Consignment
Sorry, we do not offer consignments at this time.
9. Payments
An invoice will be sent through our Shopify platform. 50% payment of invoice to place your order and the remainder when your order is ready to ship.
To pay invoice we prefer e-transfer to
sales@canadianfrost.ca (we have auto deposit) or you can pay through the link.
10. Lead Time
For your order to be packaged up and ready to ship out we have a turn around time of 1 - 2 weeks, Collaboration orders 2 - 3 weeks.
11. Shipping
Shipping is not included in the cost of goods. All shipping is through Canada Post Expedited mail or UPS whichever is the lower cost and charged on invoice. If you wish to send express please contact us to arrange.
12. Damages and Defects
All of our items are handmade, there may be some variance in each item which makes each piece unique. Colours may differ on your computer screen, please contact us if you have any questions.
