The aim of the training is to train young members on gender mainstreaming practices in their local Antenna.

Ideal participants of this training are:
experienced members
active members
board members
ideally they have decision making powers in the local or can influence the decision process in the local or are involved in organising of a European event

the structure and practices touched by the training are:
human resources
external and internal communication (PR and social media)
written and verbal communication
interpersonal communication
leadership and decision making

Also active members with interest in the topic (and that aspire to take positions in the local Antenna) are really welcome  

At the end of the training they will learn:
to analyse the needs of their local Antenna from the point of view of gender mainstreaming
to put in practice the tools acquired during the training
to implement those practices and measures in the short and mid-term
to draft an action plan and implement it in the local (spring - summer period)
