To join OVC please use the following link.

Once you create your account you are automatically accepted and will need to log in. Please follow these steps listed below.
1. On the far right hand click the 3 lines
2. Go down to “log in”
3. Once logged in, scroll down and add an emergency contract.
4. please add members to your account who live in your household.
5. Click pay membership.
