Pooka Publishing Branded Book
Your one-time branded book creation and setup fee is $600.  Individual branded books are $6.00 each.

•After hiting submit, you will receive a copy of this form and a link to process your payment. 

• Your order will be confirmed within one business day with a request for your hi-res headshot.  The headshot format: .jpg or .png; at least 300 dpi; at least 1000 x 1000 (square).

•Within 5-7 days, a draft of your book will be sent to you for review and approval based on input information collected from the order form. You are only allowed one (1) edit. 
             -Additional edits are $50 each

•Once approved, your book will be uploaded and listed on Amazon within approximately 1-2 weeks. 

•Once the book is live, you will receive your author link to order copies of your book. You are now an author and in control on how many books you order.

•You will order your books directly from your Amazon link at $6.00 per book. There is no order minimum or maximum.  You can order 1 book or you can order up to 999 books at a time. 

•The books will ship directly from Amazon and can be shipped directly to you or to your customer.

•When ordering your books, you are ordering through Amazon, not Pooka Publishing.  Books are ordered and processed directly through Amazon.

•Any returns, damages or questions are handled directly with Amazon, not Pooka Publishing.

•Once books are approved and live on Amazon, you are eligible for one change request.  The change fee is $100. 

•Change requests can be made to your book up to 9 months. After 9 months a new design order must be submitted.

Thank you for providing your custom details.  You will recieve a copy of your order after you hit "submit".  You will also receive a link to submit your payment.  We will contact you within one business day to proceed with your branded book order.
