Perfect Pairings: the Art and Science of Food and Wine Pairing with Laurie Forster, the Wine Coach

Join this event with The Wine Coach and the Tennessee Beef Council to learn the keys to food and wind pairing. The Wine Coach will teach us how wine reacts with common food components like salt, acids, and fats, and different styles of wine will be discussed. Participants will have the option to sip along with Laurie and cook a delicious beef recipe to pair with one of the wines!
