FORMAT:

The following are elements that are common in longer versions of the workshop. Please check those you would like to prioritize for the length and style of workshop you'd like.

Information about an organization / industry adjacent to yours, and an opportunity for workshop participants to collaboratively examine in small groups which elements and practices might be most carbon-heavy. (They then turn their analytical eye to their own workplace and processes.)

Collaborative analysis of carbon-heavy elements and practices in participants' own environment, and suggestions for ways to mitigate these.

Small group speculative "blue sky dreaming" of ideal low-carbon workplace/association practices.

Domino Effect of lowering carbon: Collaborative discussion to imagine the diverse forms of justice that might occur when carbon is lowered in specific ways.

Collaborative jamboard or whiteboard where participants can anonymously share their carbon and climate concerns, tensions, and wishes.

Bio Break: a 5 / 10 / 15 minute break within the workshop to allow participants to grab a coffee/food, stretch, walk.

Small group break-out room discussions for participants to collaborate and connect.

If you would like for break-out rooms for two or more small group discussions, which best describes your preference?

I'd like participants to connect with as many people as possible. Please rotate small-groups so participants are with different people each time.

I'd like participants to have more quality time with a small group of their peers. Please have participants return to the same break-out rooms for each discussion.

I have no preference about how the break-out rooms work.

I'd prefer that people stay in the main Zoom room and share ideas with the larger group instead of moving into break-out rooms.
