Excalibur Salads - Order Form

Each salad costs TT$50. We use compostable plant-based containers and forks to help reduce the use of plastic worldwide. Salads will be delivered chilled and should ALWAYS be kept in a refrigerator between 40 and 50 degrees Fahrenheit.

All orders will be scheduled for delivery on Tuesdays between 9 am and 1 pm. Orders must be sent by 12 noon on the Sunday prior in order to be scheduled for delivery the following Tuesday.

Delivery cost is 25% of the order total. Customers who order 6 or more salads at a time get free delivery along the east-west corridor, in Port of Spain and as far central as Price Plaza.

Customers can pay ON DELIVERY with cash, or make advanced deposits to our Scotiabank account #42135-120936. Please contact us at 332-4107 if you have any concerns or need help with this form.
