New Bury Winter 2024-2025 Activities - HAF - Booking Form 

Please complete EVERY SECTION of the below form to book your child onto the New Bury Winter Activities for  2024/25, for those eligible for benefits-related Free School Meals.  

Please complete a new form for each child/young person.

There will be NO walk-up places available, so all young people must be booked on. 
There are a limited number of funded places each day for these activities and these will be allocated on a first come, first served basis. 

**^deadline extended to 26th December *** Bookings will close at 12pm Thursday 26th December 2024 - bookings received after this time will not be accepted. 

Please ensure your email address is entered correctly as you will be sent a confirmation email and further details about the sessions

Activities:
Boxing, Football, Multi-sports, Arts and Crafts, Food Education, Fun and Games

These activities will be held at:
St James' CE High School, Lucas Road, Farnworth, BL4 9RU.

Monday 30th December 10am-2pm     (50 spaces)                               
Tuesday 31st December 10am-2pm     (50 spaces
Thursday 2nd January 10am-2pm        (50 spaces)
Friday 3rd January 10am-2pm             (50 spaces)

All sessions will be running from 10:00am – 2:00pm each day.

This provision is available to young people aged 8-17.  

UNDER 8's will NOT be accepted due to insurance purposes.

Participant/Parent & Guardian Information:

Food will be provided for participants eligible for benefits-related Free School Meals, but please ensure participants bring sufficient drinks of their own. Participants must bring appropriate clothing for all conditions.
