IMPORTANT INFORMATION – TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. The Singapore Specialty Coffee (Micro-Lot) Hybrid Auction 2021 will only be open to Specialty Green Coffee Beans.

2. For importation to Singapore, the following certificates have to be provided together with the shipment of Green Coffee Beans:
• Certificate of Origin
• Phytosanitary Certification
• Fumigation Certification

3. Participating company / Farmers will have to provide 33kg of Green Beans to be couriered to SCA's office. (3kg of Sample beans and 30kg of Auction beans must be packed separately)
• Sample Beans – 3kg to be couriered to below address and arrive by 16 April 2021.
• Auction Beans – 30kg packed in GrainPro Bag, to be couriered to below address and arrive by 3 May 2021.

4. Singapore Coffee Association will dispose any green coffee beans if pests are found in the bag.

5. The organizer will not be held liable or responsible for any deterioration of green coffee beans quality throughout the event.

6. All submitted auction beans are subjected to approval.

7. As there is no participation fee in this auction, the participating farmer shall agree to donate all revenue collected from the sale of auction beans to Singapore Coffee Association.
