RESCHEDULED March 15th 5:00-6:00pm
Workplace bullying is common in education settings, but it is not often talked about, reported, or believed. Employees do not feel heard and are further victimized in the process, where they fear and experience retaliation and marginalization from coming forward. We must support employees who are most affected by discrimination, harassment, and oppression (e.g., racism, sexism, transgender oppression, heterosexism, classism, ableism, ageism/adultism, religious oppression). Learn to address adult to adult bullying and its harmful effects in the professional environment for creating a safer work environment.
