BRICK #2
This session will be a similar structure to the first session - warm up, followed by two sets of run and bike, and ending with cool down and stretching - but with a stronger focus on transition training to help you on race day.
What to bring for running:
1. Running shoes
2. Running top/shorts
3. Running sunglasses (optional, if preferred)
4. Water bottle
What to bring for cycling:
1. Bike
2. Cycling shoes/shoes for cycling
3. Helmet (compulsory)
4. Sunglasses (optional, if preferred)
5. Water bottle
6. Bicycle repair kit (optional, but recommended)
