Audience host
You are in charge of good care of our audience, answering questions and make the festival a great experience for them.
You help out where work needs to be done before, during and after each concert.

Artist host
As an artist host you will meet artists at Triangeln train station and follow them to the hotel. We will also need 2 people who can drive cars if necessary to pick up artists from the hotel or airport. Some artists might need assistance to their sound checks at Inkonst as well. You basically take good care of them and make them happy. Your shift may start in the morning. It's very important that you are friendly and fluid in English.

Backstage
You work closely with the venue, Inkonst's team. Service experience is good. Our backstage area is dedicated for our artists and VIP guests where we serve food and drinks during the festival, and you will help us welcoming them.

Bar-back
You will basically be picking bottles and dishes for the bar. It may not sound as it, but this is truly one of the best volunteer jobs at Intonal! You get to be where it happens and walk around among the audience, picking up on whatever happens on stage. Oh, and picking up bottles. Fast legs and strong arms is a plus.

Wardrobe
You will work alongside our wardrobe staff in the entrance, receiving and handing out jackets for the audience. A smile on your face and a pair of hands is all you need.

Merch
You will work at the merch table selling records and other merch for our artists. You need to keep track of all merch being left with you, have some experiences from service and sales and be a trustworthy and tidy person in general.

Technical and stage host
As a technical volunteer you need to help our technical staff with everything that they might need. You don't need to have any special skills but it's a plus if you are interested and know a bit about cables and stuff, so you get what they are asking for. We will also need stage hosts that will take care of anything from making sure the artist is o stage in time for the show, keeping in touch with the artist hosts to make sure artists are on time for sound check or just grabbing some food for the busy technical team. As a technical volunteer you will  have looong days, but a lot of fun!
