Robots & SMEs - Call for Mentors
In order to take advantage of the technological advances SME Managers need to adopt the appropriate tools (including skills and competencies) to evaluate the value of automation and how to integrate robots and AI into the workforce.

To support Managers and staff we have developed a series of training and support tools to enable the assessment of the value of robots to business development and sustainability and then effectively introduce them.

To provide extra support to SME Managers we are creating a MENTORS DATABASE that aims to bring on board more experienced, or more knowledgeable, individuals to help guide less experienced or less knowledgeable Managers looking to introduce robotics/AI into their business. The database will be published on our Information Exchange Platform. https://www.robsme.com/
