Applications to Regulate the Nervous System for High School and College Students
Learn the neuroscience behind the mind-body connection.  This two-hour workshop introduces the neuroanatomy of anxiety and how vagus nerve regulation can calm the anxious mind and fanatic body.  Designed for anyone who struggles with anxiety or works with clients who do.  After reviewing the science, we will practice applications, including breath work, meditation, and a yoga flow.  Leave feeling calm, connected, encouraged, and empowered
