TENTATIVE: Game Booth Set-Up. Will require some heavy lifting and potential tools required. We will get to  building 2-3 days before Carnival. 
Decorating and Beautification of Carnival
Pick-Up & Drop-Off of Commerical Lights from A-Tool Shed in Capitola. Will require a Truck. We need 2 volunteers. It needs to be picked up sometime early on Friday and dropped off the next day. 
Pick-Up Pacific Cookies Donation of 1 box of 144-1oz cookies early on Friday, April 28th. Address: 1203 Pacific Ave, Santa Cruz, CA 95060. Only 1 volunteer is needed. 
Prize Room (Help Children Redeem Their Carnival Tickets for Prizes)
Popcorn Booth 
BC Parents Club Food Booth (Distributing Hot Dogs, Hamburgers, Snacks, Drinks, Etc.)
Face Painting Booth. Helping Sunflower Face Painting with the line and who is up next for face painting.
BBQ (Using our School Grill at Uppers). Please sign up for as many positions as you can assist. We will need a lot of help here. 
First Aid Booth
Silent Auction Tables. Help answer questions about our Silent Auction. We will have a prepping session before the carnival to help you answer questions. 
Ad Hoc. Help cover any position as needed. You will check in with Registeration Table to find out where to go. 
Costco Run (Pick-up food for Carnival - List will be provided). Need items by Wednesday or Thursday delivered to the School @ BCE Parents Club Lowers Shed. If we get multiple volunteers we will split the shopping list, divide and conquer!
Clean-Up of Carnival. We need a lot of help here for both Friday Night and Saturday Morning.
