Registration Fee*
The registration fee covers the costs for t-shirts, special meals and snacks, which is $30.00 per serving one. Each ADDITIONAL T-shirt is $10.00. Please include total payment of registration fee and t-shirt.

We can only accept Checks or Zelle.

If paying by Check, please make check payable to "The Church in Richardson" and please indicate the worker name in the memo. Please turn in payment to Jon Shen or Matt Hsieh at the meeting hall. Do not put the payment in the offering box.

If paying by Zelle, please send payment to churchinrichardson@gmail.com and include screenshot or confirmation code to this registration form after selecting Zelle option.
