Please register below if you plan to attend our Church Conference meeting on February 21st @ 7pm to vote on disaffiliation from the United Methodist Church. Only church members are eligible to vote - eligibility will be determined by the official database list maintained in the church office. The purpose of pre-registration is to ensure that you are officially listed as a member. If for some reason you are not an official member, but would like to become one in order to vote, you must make arrangements with Pastor Jeremy to join on or before February 5th. You can come on Feb 21st without pre-registering, but if you are not listed as a member in the official database, you will NOT be eligible to vote!
