RULES & GUIDELINES
SET-UP: begins 10AM on Saturday June 12, 2021. Artists arrival times will be staggered. Artists are responsible for providing their own set-up [tables, easels, displays, signage, etc….]. Tents are unnecessary; the parking lot is shaded. Be aware that walls must be weighted in the event of wind. Artists' vehicles will be parked adjacent to Art Stalls. Artists must leave the location immaculate.
ART SALES: No commissions will be taken for your sales. Artists must provide “contactless payment” for sales== Paypal, Applepay, Venmo, Square, etc…
COVID GUIDELINES: All Boulder County COVID Guidelines will be followed and enforced. Social distancing will be maintained throughout the event. There will be 9’ of social distance between artists. All artists must wear masks and will be required to wash hands, have hand sanitizer in their area, and have their temperatures taken.
MARKETING: This event will be successful only IF every participant agrees to market and promote our endeavor. You are expected to spread the word, post onto social media, hand out flyers, and invite friends, family & strangers. We MUST create our own opportunities to sell our art. Boulder will become an art destination ONLY if we make it happen.
