CMUNCE XXIII Delegate Reporting Form
This form is used for Delegates to report violations of CMUNCE's Conference Policies, Code of Conduct and Zero Tolerance Policy. This may include, but is not limited to, instances of discrimination, gender-based misconduct, bias, and bullying as well as substantive violations, such as pre-writing and plagiarism. This form may be submitted anonymously, but the Secretariat's response may be limited based on how much information is provided. 

Advisors may be informed of responses to this form at the Secretary-General's discretion. Please note that this is not an official report under Title IX. 

Submissions will only be viewed by the CMUNCE XXIII Upper Secretariat, including Josh Yu (Secretary-General), Alisha Arshad (Director-General), Gayoung Lee (Chief of Staff), Marissa Keogh (Chief of Operations), and Lilly Loghmani (Chief of Communications).
