No refunds for teams withdrawing after October 22, 2023, if a replacement team cannot be found. An administration fee of $100 will be charged for confirmed teams withdrawing prior to October 22, 2023

If our team is unable to attend after being accepted, I will notify the Tournament Coordinator immediately. In consideration of being accepted to participate in a Kerry Park Minor Hockey Tournament, registration in the tournament constitutes an acceptance of all conditions, rules and regulations of the tournament. By selecting 'I agree' on this form, the team manager, coaches, parents, and players release KPMHA, its officers, officials, Kerry Park Recreation Centre and its staff, and the Tournament directors from any liabilities for loss or damage of equipment and from liability for any injury to players, team officials, and their fans, occuring during a game or while in transit to or from the arena for a game or while travelling to or from the tournament site. Kerry Park Minor Hockey Association has a zero tolerance to any abuse of volunteers.
