I FULLY UNDERSTAND that there is a risk whenever I am in the park area, median, street right-of-way, or near traffic and streets. I FURTHER FULLY UNDERSTAND the risks of picking up litter in my designated area and along City streets; the proximity to vehicular traffic; hidden and latent objects, insects and holes.

I AGREE to stay off City streets while collecting trash; to be alert to traffic on, entering and exiting my designated site or on City streets; to avoid grass cutting and construction activities on or nearby these locations; and to follow the instructions, terms, conditions and recommendations from OKC Beautiful and the City of Oklahoma City.

I UNDERSTAND with regard to my volunteer activities under the LitterBlitz campaign that I am not employed or an agent of OKC Beautiful or the City of Oklahoma City and I am not covered by any insurance or workmen’s compensation coverage by my participation in the LitterBlitz campaign.

I DO HEREBY RELEASE and forever discharge and hold harmless Oklahoma City Beautiful, Inc. (“OKC Beautiful”) and the City of Oklahoma City and their officers, agents, employees, successors and assigns from any and all liability claims and causes of action for any damages and/or injuries which may result from my participation in the OKC Beautiful and City of Oklahoma City LitterBlitz campaign.

I AGREE TO HOLD HARMLESS OKC Beautiful and the City of Oklahoma City and its officers, agents and employees from liability for any damages or injuries resulting from any acts or failure to act on my part during my participation in the OKC Beautiful and the City of Oklahoma City LitterBlitz campaign. I also understand that OKC Beautiful does not assume any responsibility or obligation to provide financial or other assistance, including, but not limited to, medical, health, or disability insurance, in the event of injury, illness, death, or property damage.

Photography/Audio release. I do hereby grant and convey unto OKC Beautiful all rights, titles, and interest in and to any and all photographic images and video or audio recordings made by or on behalf of OKC Beautiful, or made with its consent, during my participation in LitterBlitz and/or any project, activity or event sponsored, managed, arranged, or promoted by, or otherwise affiliated or associated with OKC Beautiful, including, but not limited to, any royalties, proceeds, or other benefits derived from such photographs or recordings.
