An elected Events & Festivals Committee consisting of Potsdam Chamber of Commerce members (“the Committee”) organizes and executes Potsdam Summer Festival events. The Committee establishes policies in the best interest of the Village of Potsdam and its business members. The committee will annually determine the Rules and Regulations.

Applications are considered for acceptance by the Committee and it reserves the right to refuse any application due to the lack of available time slots.

Musicians must act courteously to sound techs, Committee members, and community members. Any musician found to be harassing or conducting themselves in a manner deemed uncooperative may be subject to immediate dismissal from the festival.
