Mass Photometry Talk, 22 Feb 2024 - Registration Form
Date: 22 February 2024, Thursday
Time: 10AM - 11AM
Venue: NSG BioLabs, Site 3 Facility, 3 Biopolis Drive, Synapse Building, #06-11/12/13
Presenter: Benjamin Cappe, Ph.D.
                   Field Applications Specialist, Refeyn Ltd

Brief synopsis:
Mass photometry is a novel and rapid analytical technology that measures the masses of biomolecules (between 30 kDa-5 MDa) in their native states.

In this talk, Benjamin will demonstrate the utility of the TwoMP model including (i) monitoring antibody-antigen interactions(ii) quantifying small molecule-induced complex formation(iii) assessing sample purity, and others. He will also showcase the capability of the SamuxMP model which is explicitly tailored to measure empty/full ratios of adeno-associated viruses (AAVs).
