Brief synopsis:
Mass photometry is a novel and rapid analytical technology that measures
the masses of biomolecules (between 30 kDa-5 MDa) in their native states.
In this talk, Benjamin will demonstrate the utility of the TwoMP model
including (i) monitoring antibody-antigen interactions, (ii)
quantifying small molecule-induced complex formation, (iii)
assessing sample purity, and others. He will also showcase the
capability of the SamuxMP model which is explicitly
tailored to measure empty/full ratios of adeno-associated viruses (AAVs).
