We are doing things a bit differently this year and will be accepting real wedding submissions for both our Spring and Fall print publications together. Any Spring/Summer weddings selected will go in our SS 2024 magazine which runs approx. April-October 2024. Fall/Winter weddings selected will go in our FW 2024 magazine running from October 2024-April 2025.
This form will close on April 1st 2024 for Fall submissions.
Carefully read through this submission form before starting so that you can have all information on hand when you begin!
- You can submit weddings for each season but only 1 will be featured.
- The vendors that advertise with us receive preference on submissions.
- Elopements and Backyard weddings are always welcome.
- A variety of both horizontal and vertical images are required.
- Please leave galleries open
- Only 1 wedding per venue will be selected.
- We try our best to add a variety of locations spanning across PA.
- We only take between 8-10 weddings to feature-sometimes more, sometimes less depending on our design and the type of submissions we receive.
- We will notify you regarding your submission within 3 weeks of the submission date.
- Do Not submit styled shoots here.
- Please make sure we can download both HighRes and standard size resolution photos. HighRes is too large for us to blog with!
NEW FOR 2024
Pennsylvania Weddings will be introducing an interactive digital issue starting in 2024. This gives us the opportunity to display live video via a Vimeo or Youtube link in our digital issue. If there was a videographer hired for the wedding day please keep this in mind so they can share their video with us to play on the digital version. We will either swap out a photo with video or include a popup link to play the video.
