The 30 Day Wellness Challenge provides you with the opportunity to make a positive change in your life. Student Health Services is here to support your wellness journey. We will provide you with encouragement, motivational emails, facilitate Canvas Board discussions and more. Plus multiple chances to win prizes along the way. Sign up below!

1. Pick a Wellness Dimension you want to focus on or strengthen.
2. Commit to one thing you will do each day to support that dimension of wellness for 30 days.  This can be anything from; Taking a picture of something you appreciate (spiritual), drinking 8 glasses of water (physical), walking with a friend (physical or social), writing a book (intellectual), writing down all your purchases or payments (financial).
3. Commit to the challenge that you have selected each day. Participate in the Canvas Group Discussion board with others that are working on the same dimension as you can help with completing your challenge.
4. Keep track of your commitment to wellness. Write down what worked and what made doing the one thing for 30 days challenging. Sign-ups for the 30 Day Challenge will be ongoing thru November.  Do one or more! Complete the sign up form to begin your Wellness Challenge.
5.  Reach out to Student Health Services if you need any help with staying on track with your goal! You can schedule an appointment with one of our Wellness Coaches/Ambassadors.

Complete as many 30 day challenges as you can between now and November 30th for multiple entries into our grand prize drawing December 1st! Details on prizes will be posted into the Canvas Wellness Challenge Group. Once we receive your form we will add you to the group.
