Sign Up Form - Celebration of Cultures Fall 2023

Participate at Countryside's Celebration of Cultures! We can't wait to see the presentations representing our diverse community and world. The presentation can be on your family heritage, a country, or a culture that interests your child. For more information about the set up, presentation, etc, please visit our Celebration of Cultures page here.

A few notes when registering:

If your child would like to work together with a sibling, just note it in the comments below.
If your child is working as a team, please register your child and note team members in the form. Only one registration for the team is needed.
Registration is due by Friday, November 10th. Late? No worries, just email us: pto.countryside@gmail.com

Presentations can be dropped off Tuesday, November 14th starting at 7:15 (door 1A). Students are also welcome to bring their presentation displays into school when they get off the bus or dropped off. Boards should be brought to the Media Commons.

Needs floor space

Needs to be near a wall

To ensure the safety of our students, teachers and visitors the following rules need to be followed at presentation area. Please do not include: - Open flames - Controlled substances - Latex materials (gloves or balloons) - Nuts - Candy or food

Note: We cannot guarantee that all pieces of the presentation will be returned but we will do our best to make sure little hands don't take items!
