4/26 - 4/30 Weekly Meal Request Sign-Up

                                                                       STARTING LAST WEEK!

Due to the fact that all student are returning in person, Pardeeville School District will be supplying FREE MEALS for any child in the school district, age 18 years or younger. On and for WEDNESDAYS ONLY

Any 100% virtual students that may require meals or any special circumstances involving children not attending school at this time may contact Jeani Kerrigan or Jaime Gosda.

WEDNESDAY's will be delivery ONLY! ALL MEALS WILL BE DELIVERED STARTING AT 9AM ON WEDNESDAY (NO PICK UP WEDNESDAY). Meals will be delivered by the school vans and not buses. Pardeeville staff WILL NOT leave the van to deliver the meal(s). Someone must come out to the van to receive meals.

A combination of Hot and Cold Meals will be distributed. The food service staff will need to know if there is access to an oven to cook the hot item(s). You will need to specify "Cold Lunch ONLY" in the form if you do not have access to an oven.

MASKS MUST BE WORN WHILE PICKING UP MEALS.

Weekly Meal Request Forms are available Monday mornings starting at 8am and close Sunday Evening. Meals may differ from the on-line lunch menu.
