Funds Request
Thank you for your interest in improving and enriching life at St. Anthony Park Elementary!  Please complete this form when requesting funds that are in addition to funds already approved in the SAPSA annual budget.  For reimbursement or payment from an approved allocation, please use the SAPSA Payment and Reimbursement Request.

Requests in any amount up to $500 can be submitted to the SAPSA Board for a vote.  Once received, we will review your request and follow-up with any additional questions.  Requests in any amount over $500 must be presented at a regularly scheduled SAPSA meeting.  The request will then be tabled for one month, and a vote will be taken at the next regularly scheduled SAPSA meeting by all membership present.
