- Passion for supporting immigrant communities through awareness, education, and advocacy. 

- Participate in scheduled conference calls with supervisor.

- Submit assignments and tasks on or before the given deadline.

- Actively support and promote our funding campaigns. 

- Personal Responsibility (no blaming or excuses).

- Keep your word (do what you say you will do, when you say you will do it).

- Communicate (let someone know if there is a problem or if you have a suggestion to improve our program).

- Be resourceful (don’t just discuss problems but offer solutions).

- Be professional (check your work, have a positive attitude, dress to impress).
