MULTI-AGENCY COLLABORATION IN MANAGING DISASTER FOR BUILDING RESILIENT COMMUNITIES. CASE STUDY: KUCHING CITY, SARAWAK
The purpose of this questionnaire is to determine the multi-agency collaboration in disaster management for Sarawak Disaster Management Agencies (SDMAs) in Kuching, Sarawak. All information and detail provided in the questionnaire are kept CONFIDENTIAL and served as an important guide for this research purpose only.

The objectives of this study are:
(1) To identify the critical successful factors (CSF) for multi-agency collaboration in                                  
      managing disaster in Kuching, Sarawak;
(2) To identify the critical failure factors (CFF) for multi-agency collaboration in managing                          
      disaster in Kuching, Sarawak;
(3) To determine the requirements for multi-agency collaboration models that can enhance                            
      multi-agency collaboration in managing disaster in Kuching, Sarawak; and
(4) To develop and validate multi-agency collaboration framework (Sarawak-MCF) in                                
      managing disaster for building resilient communities at Kuching, Sarawak.
