2023 - 2024 Fathers' Club Committees

Below is a brief description of each committee.  If you are interested and able to volunteeer for one of the committees, then please indicate it using this form. The Welcome Back BBQ is scheduled for Saturday, September 16, 2023.  This is a casual social event for families that is held on a Saturday afternoon on the Ursuline campus. The Welcome Back BBQ is an opportunity to build community among the parents, interact with the President and Board of Trustee members, and get to know other members of the school's leadership team. Please indicate below if you are interested in assisting with this event as either a Committee Chair/Co-chair or as a Volunteer. 
The Faculty & Staff Appreciation Event is new event sponsored by the Fathers' Club and is scheduled for Tuesday, December 5, 2023. This social event on campus provides an opportunity for parents (no students) and faculty and staff to interact and build community.  Please indicate below if you are interested in assisting with this event as either a Committee Chair/Co-chair or as a Volunteer. 
The Catholic Youth Association (CYO) Basketball Tournament occurs over two weekends (Saturday & Sunday each weekend) in March/April of 2024 (specific dates TBD). This event is a significant fundraiser for the school and also opens the campus to scores of prospective Urusline students. Please indicate below if you are interested in assisting with this event as either a Committee Chair/Co-chair or as a Volunteer. 
The Education Committee is newly established by the Fathers' Club for 2023 - 2024. This committee gives fathers a voice in identifying educational topics for presentations at Fathers' Club meetings throughout the school year. Committee members will work with Faculty Moderator Dr. Barker to select the topics, map out a presentation schedule for the year, and communicate the plan to the school community. Please indicate below if you are interested in volunteering for this committee. 
The Special Events Committee is newly established by the Fathers' Club for 2023 - 2024. This committee will plan for 2 - 3 fun, community-building outings for Fathers and Daughters (and/or other family members). For example, tentative ideas for events include an Ice Skating Party in February and a Father/Daughter Yankee game in May. Please indicate below if you are interested in chairing/co-chairing or volunteering for this committee.
