**Note: Filling out this form does not guarantee a spot. Within 48 hours of filling out this form, you will receive an email confirming which weeks you have reserved. Once you receive the email, your registration is not complete until Bridge School receives your $50 per week, per child deposit. Bridge School must receive your deposit by 7 days after registration. After 7 days, your registration may be forfeited.**
