Sargeant Elementary offers a Wellness Support Team that provides social-emotional, behavioral, mental health, and other general support services to families and students.  Services that the Wellness Team can provide, but are not limited to, are as follows: individual counseling/therapy services to students, social-emotional/behavioral support and intervention, social-skills groups, and connection and referrals to community resources addressing grocery/food insecurity, clothing needs, housing assistance, mental health WRAP around services, etc.  We want to ensure that we're working to support you, your students, and your family to the best of our ability.  If support is needed for your student and/or the family please complete this wellness referral/request for support.
