1. Once you've completed this form and we have all your info, we'll email you an invoice for your gift total, payable online.
2. After the invoice is paid, we'll set-up an account for the recipient where the gift pass will live.
3. You will need to tell the recipient about their gift! We don't make first contact... we don't want to spoil any surprises!
4. Once you've told the recipient about their gift, they simply need to email us at hello@bendyoga.studio and we'll connect them to their account so they can register for class(es).
