The form is intended as a binding decision for your child's educational choice beginning Monday, August 17th through Friday, September 4th. For the safety of our community and to establish long lasting routines we are asking for a three week commitment. A formal procedure on how to change your student’s educational option beyond September 4th, will be forthcoming on the week of August 31st. We are requiring that you submit one form per family and complete the Google form by August 11th.
