Hi P4P Team,

It’s been a great summer so far getting back to workshops, camps, and live performances.

Here is the list of activities and sign ups for Aug-Oct Gala 2021. For those new to P4P our Oct Gala takes place each October at the Springside Inn. We feature many great performances and honor all the kids for their community service. More details to come from our planning committee.

August

8/2-8/6 P4P Camp At Fillmore Glen 9-2

Friday 8/6 Camp Concert 6pm at Fillmore Glen-Donations to support Moravia Rec Program Scholarships

Hazard Library Workshop Dates 8/5, 8/11. 10-11am We need helpers. Thursday 8/12 10-11 will be our fundraising concert. All P4P can sign up for this and come help our youngest group of performers raise funds for the King Ferry Food Pantry.

Tuesday 8/10 we return to our annual concert at BOCES for the Summer Program for Students With Special Needs. A great time every year.

Emerson Park Friday  Workshops 8/13th, 20th, 27th. 10-12pm

Saturday, 8/14 Great Stuff Your Face-Morabito Family Event-This wonderful family remains strong supporters of our programs giving generously each year to our scholarship fund and they throw a heck of a picnic. We love to provide music for each year.

Saturday, 8/21 Auburn Downtown Market 10-12pm

Tuesday, 8/24 Hoopes Park 5-615. We will be playing an opening set for Mark Doyle and the Manics in the Auburn City Concert Series.

September/ Oct Gala

Saturday, 9/11 Tomatofest Main Stage-Downtown Auburn 12-115pm

Sunday 9/12 P4P Supports Sports 4 All at Clifford Field(Y Field), 81 Mary St. Auburn-Sports 4 All is a new non-profit established to level the playing field for all kids who need athletic equipment to participate on a sports team.

Saturday, 9/18 Art In The Park, Hoopes Park Auburn 1-3pm ...This event is still in the tentative column. Please let me know if you're available.

Saturday, 9/25 Stand By Me-a benefit to provide funds for those families battling cancer. Sennett Fire House 12-5pm...Specific performance time TBD. Let me know if you are available.
