ACSI Korea NTC 2020:  Registration

ACSI Korea is excited to present our National Teachers Conference (ACSI Korea - NTC 2020).  It is our desire and hope to bring together Christian educators to edify, exhort, and encourage one another.  The theme for the conference is from John 8: 31-32 “Truth will set you free.”  May the truth of Christ that we teach in our schools, free the hearts, minds, and souls of all our students.  

The conference will take place at Central Yedam Christian Academy.  The dates are from February 17-19, 2020.  We have invited renowned speakers from Korea and beyond and look forward to growing together as Christian educators.  

[Registration Information]  

In order to be registered formally, you must fill out the Google survey and pay (wire) conference fee at the time of registration.  Once we have received your wired transfer fee, we will reply back with a Conference Registration Number.

         * Individual payment - Your name
         * School payment - School’s name

There is no group registration, but the school administrator can pay all at once.  If you choose this option for group pay, please email our office and send us the list of applicants to acsi.kev@gmail.com 

[Refund Policy]

1. Cancellation prior to January 14, 2020 will receive full refund.
2. Cancellation prior to January 23, 2020 will be charged 50% of the registration price paid.
3. There will be no registration reimbursement after January 23, 2020.

[Housing Information]

For safety, the dormitory will be strictly gender-specific.  CYCA has female and male dorms.  We will not be able to provide a family or couples room.  

Once registered, dorm rooms will be provided for everyone, but if you choose to commute from home each day, please indicate in the registration process that you will be commuting.  The registration fee will stay the same regardless of dormitory use or not.  

Room assignments:  There are 2 bunk beds that will sleep 4 people total per room.  
Roommates can be selected up to 3 people maximum through our registration page below.
Roommates assignments are not set, it may change depending on the circumstances. Please stay flexible.
Linens (blanket, pillow, bed sheet) will be provided, but if you need extra, please bring your own
